2. We only count one download per unique IP every 24 hours from premium users.
3. We pay you 15% commissions of all premium accounts sold via your download links.
4. We pay you 20% of your referrals' earnings.
5. We count every successfully completed download.
6. Downloads of files smaller than 1MB do not qualify.
7. Downloads from proxy servers do not qualify.
8. Download links must be posted where they can be verified.
9. Use of URL redirection (such as tinyurl or linkbucks) is not allowed.
10. Download credits are subject to verification.
11. Minimum payment amount is $5.
12. You can request payout anytime via PayPal, Webmoney and Liberty Reserve. We approve and pay all requested payments every Monday and Thursday.
13. No country-based restrictions - free downloads for everyone, worldwide, guaranteed.
14. Failure to abide by these rules will result in account being banned.
